Indian culture and religions has pushed the high percentage of vegan and vegetarian dishes found in Indian cuisine. Here in America, as a chef, we are finding more diners looking to a vegan life style for a range of reasons that include ethical, health and climate.
Let me add that we have three "Vegatarian Starters" that can be prepared within a Vegan constraint-- our Vegetable Samosa Chatt, Delhi Wali Aloo Tikki Chaat and Palak Pakoda Chaat. Just mention this to our server as you order.
